Shipping & Delivery

At VG FOGGIT, we aim to ensure that every order is packed securely and delivered to our customers within the expected timeframe. Please read the following Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched promptly after confirmation.
  • Delhi/NCR: Orders are packed within 2 hours and delivered within a maximum of 24 hours, subject to delivery conditions.
  • Outside Delhi/NCR: Orders are generally delivered within 5–7 business days.
  • Our standard delivery timeline is up to 7 days, excluding government/public holidays.
  • Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request cancellation of an order within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order has been shipped/dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
  • If an order is cancelled after shipping, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

3. Delivery of Damaged Packages

Customers are requested to carefully inspect the package at the time of delivery.

  • If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or visibly compromised, the customer should not accept the delivery.
  • The damaged package should be returned to the delivery person at the time of delivery.
  • The customer should then contact VG FOGGIT Customer Care and report the issue as soon as possible.

4. Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused.
  • The package must remain sealed and unopened.
  • The product and packaging must not be damaged.
  • Products that have been used, opened, damaged, or tampered with may not be eligible for return.

For products received in damaged condition, customers should follow the damaged-delivery procedure mentioned above.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will generally be processed within 1–2 business days after the return/cancellation has been reviewed and approved.
  • The actual time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's bank account or payment method may depend on the respective bank/payment provider.
  • If an order is cancelled after dispatch, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

6. Delays & Exceptions

VG FOGGIT makes reasonable efforts to meet the stated delivery timelines. However, delays may occur due to government holidays, courier/service disruptions, adverse weather, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including their name, address, contact number, and other required details. VG FOGGIT shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
